Labrador Welfare

Labrador Welfare is a small charity that is entirely run by a group of dedicated volunteers who work to rehome Labrador Retrievers within North Derbyshire, South Cheshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and the North East. Unlike some larger charities we do not have any paid staff.

We rescue and re-home Labrador Retrievers who, through no fault of their own, need new homes. When a dog is handed over to us for adoption it is taken in to boarding kennels. This is to make life easier for those handing dogs over to us, and also the potential adopters who can meet the dog chosen for them without any pressure. We are also able to assess the dogs whilst they are in kennels, thus helping us to match dogs with their new owners.
