Forest Dog Rescue

Forest Dog Rescue, Kidderminster – We are a small charity based at Green Gap Kennels in Worcestershire, providing much needed care and a safe haven to unwanted, abandoned and mistreated dogs from across the Midlands.

Having our own kennels has enabled us to provide the highest quality of care for the dogs who are looking for new homes and we are also fortunate to have lots of open fields around the kennels which can be enjoyed by the dogs. We have a team of kennel staff who work to look after the dogs, walking, bathing, monitoring their health and of course giving them much needed love and affection. We are also lucky to have a valued team of volunteers who give their time to walk the dogs every day ensuring they get regular exercise and a chance to take in the lovely fields around the kennels. Our team of volunteers have spent many hours maintaining the kennels, painting and cleaning, to keep them at a high standard. We also have a number of small stables which have been converted into larger kennels for our long term dogs providing them with space and a warm and comfortable home as part of the Forest Dog Rescue family.
