Country House Kennels

Country House Kennels and Cattery is located on the A5 in open countryside between Markyate and Dunstable, as shown on the map below. Our grounds are over one acre in size giving the dogs plenty of room for exercise in two secure areas. We prefer to exercise all dogs off-lead with toys, balls and, in the warmer months, a paddling pool. Country House Kennels consists of three blocks of kennels. Our main kennel block contains 40 large kennels and is used throughout the year for all dog sizes. Another block contains ten small kennels whilst the third has ten large kennels, two of which can be combined to provide a single kennel which is double the space for families of dogs. Each kennel has its own heating inside and it’s own fully covered attached run. Dogs have access to the run at all times during the day so, even in the rain or snow, your pets can still have the choice of being outside or snuggling down in the warm inside.
